Return & Refund Terms for Bulk Orders– Foods and Finds
At Foods and Finds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every product we offer. Whether you’re ordering gourmet foods or handcrafted lifestyle products, we aim to ensure that your experience is delightful from start to finish. However, we understand that there may be times when a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and process for returns and exchanges to ensure transparency and ease for our customers.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You are eligible to return or exchange products under the following conditions:
The item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
You received a product that does not match the description or specification as listed on our website.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that perishable food items, customized orders, and items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Products
To maintain the highest health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Fresh and perishable food items (e.g., dairy, meat, baked goods).
Opened or tampered food packages.
Personalized or customized gift boxes.
Items sold at a discount under clearance or promotional sale.
We request customers to review their orders carefully before confirming purchases of such items.
3. Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at Info@foodsandfinds.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, item(s) details, reason for return, and if possible, photographic evidence of any damage or issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Once approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address or scheduled for a pickup, depending on your location.
Products must be packed securely in original packaging and returned within 7 days of approval.
We reserve the right to deny a return request if the product does not meet the required return criteria.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Full refunds will be given for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Partial refunds or store credits may be offered for other approved returns.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item (in case of damage or defect), we will process the exchange at no additional cost. In case the requested replacement is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided they haven’t been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return (subject to this policy).
